Our visit today was very pleasant. Jayne showed us the units we wanted to look at and more! She is very knowledgeable in all she did and was very professional. Also Tammy was nice to us with friendly smile :) We love the units we live, very clean but also very convenient to get to. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card.
