Stephanie has been an absolute star (trust the other reviews) and was so helpful and easy to work with while I was looking at storage units in the area. When touring the facility, she mentioned lots of safety features and everything seemed very secure and clean. I had some hiccups in my move but she was so supportive and the main reason I ended up going with SecureSpace. I'll be moving my items in this week and will update my review accordingly after I have stored my items for a few months, but I have had an amazing experience so far and can recommend the facility particularly for how smooth and quick they have made an exceedingly stressful process!

After doing business with them for five months, my experience is mixed. I came to them originally for the low prices and bought an indoor unit. I paid for the first two months with notice that my payment would increase subsequent to that. I was going to set up the autopay, but after reading the comments about price hikes I decided to wait. Sure enough, on month four, another increase now over double what I paid originally (still a rate lower than the competitors). I have not experienced pest problems; however, will not say it does not exist. If the price increases one more time before my six months, then I think it will be time to part ways. Overall, the staff is nice, they meet the minimum requirements for my stuff, and I was made aware of the initial price increase. The second one seemed a little underhanded because it felt like they were trying to time it with the autopay, so that I would forget about the payment and they could just deduct it. It is just how I feel, so it could be coincidence, but it seems to be a similar experience to what others have reported. Keep in mind (despite doubling the cost in four months) they remain slightly below the price of the competition, so as long as it financially makes sense I’ll just keep an eye on my money.

This storage place is great! i have not had any issues and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My only comment is the hours, it can be inconvenient for me i can’t make it before or after work. If it closes between 9-10pm that would be fantastic. Besides that all good would recommend!
