So far our experience has been great. Two very nice young ladies working the front desk. Easy access, climate controlled. We were given a very clean storage unit. The storage unit facility is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Eve helped me with setting me up with my unit. Cody at the customer service was very helpful with figuring out the sizes of the unit. I have had my unit for a couple of months now at the facility and I have no complaints. The prices are reasonable. I like the security that they provide when accessing the facility. They have complementary carts to wheel in items into the units available.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your contract at any time by contacting a SecureSpace team member at your location. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. For detailed information, please refer to our cancellation policy in your lease.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail. If you do not receive your refund within the expected period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
