Colton, in the office was GREAT in helping me move from my 5 x 10 unit to a 10 x 15 unit!! Helped me get a great deal as well as updated my address & checked on my payment arrangements for me. One recommendation- you need more carts!! I had to hand carry each item out of my old unit into my new unit walking more than a block each way - back & forth - back & forth!! FOR PETE’S SAKE!!! PLEASE GET MORE CARTS!!! Besides that things at the Storage Space are pretty good. Could use a little cleaning up, both outside & in. All in all, great place! I give it 4 1/2 stars!! (PS. PLEASE GET MORE CARTS!). THANK YOU!!

If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail.
