Cody is awesome! He is very professional with a kind nature. I reserved a unit on-line with SecureSpace Self Storage, still unsure if I wanted to go forward with renting because of questions I had. Shortly after making the reservation, Cody called to follow-up. He answered my questions, explained the billing, and provided a description of the facility. It was like being on a tour of the facility without actually being there. I decided to rent a unit, which Cody also assisted in completing the rental process. Thank you, Cody!

So since I have been here now not even a month I have had many problems . My unit was broken into . I was accidentally moved out of unit by computer and all my information was lost two times making th person helping me pay my storage bill say they are not helping me. But through all of this headache, the manager ,Danielle has been amazing. So amazing and attentive that I still have 5 stars. She has a very difficult job and still always has a smile and a positive attitude. Her boss however needs to be a little more interested in the customer instead of making money. Because she is not even allowed to give police her suspicion on who may have broken into my unit. She has an idea but since she's not 100% sure she's not even allowed to share that information with the police. And here I am unable to even get into my unit now and tell the police decide to come and do their job and I have been sitting out here waiting to access my stuff that I need for my pets that are here with me. Very very frustrating. But i would have lost my patients already with everyone if not for Danielle's amazing customer service . They better not ever get rid of her if their customer gotta deal with this crap cause it would be way worse wothout her

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your contract at any time by contacting a SecureSpace team member at your location. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. For detailed information, please refer to our cancellation policy in your lease.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail. If you do not receive your refund within the expected period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
