    The construction process and all of the delays in opening were beyond frustrating! My family is very close to this location and we waited for what seemed like years for this to open ! Once everything operational and open now, we are happy with how everything turned out. Everything is new, clean, organized and comfortable. The parking garage has plenty of space . The rates are much better than our past Public Storage. So far so good … let’s just hope things stay like this for a long while!

    I highly recommend this storage facility. The facility is new, very secure, and climate controlled. What set this place apart of all other storage places is the customer service. The customer service was exceptional. Alycia is fantastic at her job. She asked questions to know more about my needs and provided solutions. She took the time to show me the property and the different options. Ultimately, I felt very happy renting a storage unit and did not feel pressured at all. Alycia was very thorough explaining the rental agreement and made it such an easy process. It was an overall great experience. I would recommend this facility to others and I hope they also get to experience Alycia’s friendly personality as well. I was also told that the site manager, Monique, is a pleasure to interact with as well and I look forward to that. I’m happy I went with this location.

If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail.
